Template Monster has a limited selection of "JOOMLA" Templates, but there are thousands of other pre-made templates with source for you to choose from, that with minor tweaking, could be converted into a Joomla Template.

DreamTemplate is a recent find that has lots of quality templates like you would find on Monster Template, but you pay a 1 time fee of $60.00 to download and use 60 Templates per month. They do have a limited selection of Joomla Templates, but they are worth checking out.
